Community Requests, Profiles, and Administration
This update introduces a community marketplace with private conversations, modernizes profiles and administration, and gives members and staff clearer permissions and controls.
Additions:
Community Requests now let members publish commissions or recruitment posts, receive private responses, choose who they want to work with, exchange private messages, and report unsafe listings to the moderation team.A dedicated Messages page now keeps private Community Request conversations together in a compact inbox.
Messages can include image and file attachments. Screenshots can also be pasted directly from the clipboard.
Links in messages are now automatically recognized and made clickable.
Conversations begin with clear safety information and show the accepted proposal before project messages.
Members can now manage their own pending proposals, withdraw them, and submit a new proposal after withdrawing.
Administrators can now edit users, including their roles, permissions, and profile visibility.
A new Groups page lets authorized administrators manage groups and their permissions.
New Member, Verified, and Moderator groups provide clearer access levels. Every registered user receives the Member group.
Permissions are now separated into website and administration areas, including separate permissions for sending messages and uploading message attachments.
Libraries can now be hidden or permanently deleted by authorized administrators.
The Workshop Download Config editor now shows a preview of the selected Workshop items.
Workshop configurations can now be sent directly to a Discord channel, including the Workshop preview.
Resource imports now show that they are running, so you know the import is still in progress.
GitHub repositories can now be imported as uScript modules from the Resources admin page. Imported modules include their repository details, README, author, tags, and available release downloads, and appear in the uScript Modules catalog.
uScript submissions now have a final review page that shows how the listing will look and points out missing recommended information.
uScript listings can now include a license, repository, documentation, support link, required game versions, compatibility information, contributors, and release notes.
File uploads and script submissions now show their progress while they are being processed.
Important uScript actions are now recorded, including new submissions, new versions, listing changes, approvals, and rejections.
The Contact page now offers topics for submission help, listing corrections, import problems, and reporting content or users.
You can now connect a GitHub account to your uEdit profile, open the connected profile, refresh its information, or disconnect it again.
Changes
The Home page now has a clearer introduction, useful shortcuts, the latest news, open Community Requests, and recently added community resources in one modern overview.The main header and navigation now use a clearer modern design with improved account controls, more visible active pages, better organized menu sections, and easier-to-read submenus.
The Restore Monarchy partner promotion in the header is now displayed as a clearly recognizable featured banner with a direct link to explore plugins.
The website footer now provides better organized links to important discovery, community, uScript, contact, and legal pages.
The Terms of Service and Privacy Policy now use a modern document layout with an overview, readable sections, quick navigation, links between both documents, and an easy way to contact uEdit with questions.
Release notes are now only requested when you submit a new version of an existing script.
Plugin cards can now be opened by clicking anywhere on the card instead of only clicking the title.
Public user profiles now use a modern layout with role badges, recent public Community Requests, and connected accounts.
Profile settings now use a modern dashboard with a profile preview and clearer connection management.
Community Request pages, My Requests, and the creation form now use clearer cards, compact sections, and improved status badges.
Proposals and reports now open in compact dialogs instead of taking up permanent space on the request page.
Closed Community Requests are hidden from the default browse view but remain available through search and filters.
Conversations linked to completed or closed requests are archived and remain readable, but no longer accept new messages.
The Community Requests browse page now updates its search and filters without a full page reload.
The Users, Groups, News, Libraries, Resources, and Community Requests administration pages now use a more consistent modern layout.
Fixed
Fixed the uScript submission page jumping back to the top after leaving an input field.Removed an incorrect warning that sometimes reported unbalanced parentheses in valid uScript source code.
Fixed missing and inconsistent status badge styles, including Pending review, In progress, Accepted, and Closed.
Fixed select menus being clipped or unreadable in several administration and Community Request views.

Improvements
The section menu on legal pages is easier to read and lets you jump directly to the information you need.Script submissions now provide clearer validation messages, detect possible duplicate listings, and take you directly to fields that need attention.
The Contact and admin submission pages now use a more consistent layout.
Community Request attachments now open in an image gallery, and the request form uses a modern drag-and-drop uploader.
The Community Request description editor now matches the uEdit dark theme.
Messages clearly explain that administrators may access conversations when required for moderation and that sensitive information should not be shared.
Searchable Tom Select controls are now used consistently for supported selection fields.
SEO titles, descriptions, canonical links, social previews, and structured data were improved across public pages.
